idARQhome Arquitectura is available for new projects

Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón heads idARQhome, a family-run architecture studio located in Villaviciosa de Odón and specialising in single-family homes for private individuals and small developers.

The professionals at idARQhome base their approach on listening to the client's wishes and needs. By doing so, they are able to design all the possibilities that meet the client's expectations and turn them into their future home.

Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón and her team guide the client through the whole process of creating a tailor-made home, from the very first sketch or the search for the perfect plot of land, through the detailed design of the floor plans and the three-dimensional visualisation, all the way to the final construction process. During the latter, these architects offer comprehensive site management that ensures that the final result is as expected.

Their work focuses on private individuals and small developers. With idARQhome's experience, they make the process simple, advising the client in each and every phase, focusing on what is really achievable at each stage.

Building a home is a complex process and the idARQhome team will work tirelessly alongside you to ensure that the end result is more than satisfactory.
