A.V. Arquitectura is available for new projects

Juan Alonso Varona is part of A.V. Arquitectura (Alonso Varona Arquitectura S.L.P.), an architecture studio that is based in Bilbao and that was founded in 2007. This group of professionals has extensive experience in architectural projects, specialising in the design of workspaces, comprehensive rehabilitation and renovation of buildings. They believe that workspaces have an effect on the emotions and sensations of those who use them, so this team develops functional, sustainable and healthy spaces, with the aim of contributing to the wellbeing of people and improving the environment.

Drawing on the extensive experience reflected in their work, A.V. Arquitectura develops functional and innovative spaces, where they introduce versatile technical and design innovations. In this way, they achieve adaptable and sustainable rooms, optimising space and applying cutting-edge technologies. They not only design with energy efficiency in mind, but also adopt a more holistic perspective, where accessibility, equality, sustainability and, in particular, health and well-being are key factors.

Within A.V. Arquitectura's specialisation, they carry out spatial planning, brand integration, and also propose innovative solutions, applying criteria that improve internal communication, favour team coordination, highlight the company's image, and help foster creativity. Another quality of their projects is the integration of the concepts of Sustainability and Energy Efficiency in them, applying to both materials and installations, thermal and acoustic comfort, lighting, with technological advances that allow for sustainable workspaces. These architects work on corporate spaces projecting the image and values of their clients, bearing in mind the people who work in these spaces in the design. In this way, they enable people to work in a healthy and sustainable environment, improving productivity and health.

The A.V. Arquitectura team has extensive experience working on projects for financial and corporate entities and public and private companies, both offices and all types of workplaces, residences, nurseries, leisure centres, etc. This firm also offers its clients continuous technical assistance, which takes the form of global assistance contracts in the field of construction, design and improvement, with a view to the conservation and enhancement of their buildings.
