AM arquitectura is available for new projects

At the architectural studio Arturo Montilla arquitectura, the passion for design has been passed on from father to son, and is shared with their colleagues, clients and partners. With a team including architects, engineers and draughtsmen, the studio works in collaboration with architect Lucas Rodríguez and his studio estudio sic, to design buildings and homes.

AM Arquitectura bases their approach on the principle that each work they create should improve the lives of their clients, whether at a personal or professional level, according to each client’s needs. Once they take on a project, the team takes care to anticipate each detail, allowing them to overcome each challenge.

For the architecture studio, their clients’ budgets are an important priority. The team of professionals provide you with optimum quality, but always at a fair and reasonable price, mindful of the important investment that each project represents for their clients. The highly-qualified architects make sure that you’ll get the most out of every cent you invest.

The members of the architectural practice love working with people, offering their clients their full attention and an open ear. They also enjoy exchanging ideas and inspiring each other, allowing them to faithfully bring their clients’ ideas to life in the final design.

Located in Málaga, the studio AM Arquitectura works throughout Andalusia in southern Spain. They offer a variety of services, including personalised design, obtaining building permission, drafting plans and creating hyper-realistic digital renderings to allow the client to better visualise their project. The architecture studio also offers guidance and expertise to property developers.
