INNOVARQ is available for new projects

Jaume Cortés and Rafa Cano form the architecture studio Innov·Arq, based in Altea, in the Alicante region. They take on projects throughout Spain, and particularly in Valencia, Murcia and the Balearic Islands.

While Innov·Arq is a young studio, it is not lacking in experience; the studio is made up of experts who bring over 17 years of experience in architecture.

Creating designs with a restrained, simple yet modern style, Jaume Cortés and Rafa Cano place great importance on the process, from the first consultation with the client and the idea’s conception, up to the work’s delivery.

Furthermore, Innov·Arq has extensive experience in 3D modelling, offering their clients a presentation with realistic images of how the finished project will look. These tools allow them to detect problems and make adjustments at an early stage.

The architects demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and take care to adhere to their client’s budget, using innovative materials and technology well-suited to each individual project.

The studio Innov·Arq is specialised in building single-family homes, and has also realised projects for public and private buildings. The studio is also highly experienced in renovation and restoration work.
