8ea is available for new projects

Arturo Baroja is an architect and member of 8ea, an architecture studio based in Bilbao with extensive experience in the field. The team is specialised in projects on a small or large scale in the residential and commercial sectors, hotel industry and projects such as collaborative housing for elderly persons.

8ea is an architecture studio with an expert understanding of the complexity that the project entails for the client. Consequently, the studio has implemented a work system based on BIM methodology, which involves developing the project by means of 3D modelling. This model helps the client more easily grasp and visualise the project, and also facilitates anticipating potential issues in the work’s execution. The system furthermore aids in minimising the possibility of cost overruns.

In their continual search to develop projects that promote wellbeing, 8ea makes in-depth study of the building’s envelope, both thermal and acoustic, one of their main premises in developing any project. Their focus is also on ensuring the ideal entry of natural light. In this way, they strive to guarantee maximum comfort for the future inhabitants.
