BIA Arquitectos is available for new projects

Basilio Iglesias runs the architectural firm BIA Arquitectos, located in El Puerto de Santa María, Spain. Thanks to his extensive experience in the sector, he has been able to pursue projects in different Spanish provinces such as Cádiz or Seville.

For Basilio Iglesias, architecture can be a transformative influence in people’s lives. Clients’ needs are always at the heart of his projects, as, for BIA Arquitectos, one of the top priorities is adapting the space to their activities and preferences, taking special attention at the same time to be modern, functional and aesthetically appealing.

BIA Arquitectos is specialised in residential architecture, and possesses extensive experience in the design and construction not only of single family homes, but multi-unit residential buildings as well. Furthermore, the architect has developed unique wine cellar projects (Bodegas González Byass) as well as restaurants (restaurante Aponiente de Ángel León, among others), where both design and comfort play a key role.

Basilio Iglesias will be by your side at every step of the process, from advising you and obtaining planning permissions to construction supervision in order to best realise each client’s dreams.
