Arquitectura Consciente is available for new projects

Architect Anahí Asenjo leads the team at Arquitectura Consciente, an architectural studio located in Madrid that is also equipped to take on projects throughout Spain.

In a world marked by economic interests and productivity, Anahí Asenjo proposes architecture with a greater degree of mindfulness. The architect creates sustainable buildings based on a connection to their surroundings, with respect for the environment and materials and technologies that improve energy efficiency and performance.

Arquitectura Consciente has extensive experience building passive houses, and has also carried out numerous renovation, restoration and interior design projects for various building types, including single-family homes, multi-unit residential buildings, offices and wineries.

Anahí Asenjo places great importance on the opinions and preferences of her clients, and she and her team make every effort to seek the best solutions to meet their needs. After making sure to fully understood your needs, and taking into consideration the unique characteristics of the site, they present a design that makes the most of your ideas. From there, consistent communication is essential in order to ensure that the resulting building will be long-lasting, sustainable and appropriate for its future purpose and use.
