MARTÍNEZ & BONET, ARQUITECTOS is an architecture studio based in Madrid, led by architects Antonio Bonet Tormo and Juan Antonio Martínez Marín for over 30 years.
Practising architecture since 1985, the experienced architects have developed a wide variety of projects and work in various fields. With a focus on multi-unit residential developments, MARTÍNEZ & BONET, ARQUITECTOS has also created buildings for both private and public commissions of all kinds, from public amenities and industrial facilities to building and renovating single-family homes.
MARTÍNEZ & BONET, ARQUITECTOS also has proven experience in dealing with administrative bodies, in particular local governments, for applications for building and planning permits. They additionally have experience providing reports and expert assessments, for individuals or consumer organisations, for example.
The studio’s current focus is on the residential sector, in all of its forms.
