Javier Mandingorra Benlloch is an architect at Másquetres Arquitectos, an architecture studio based in Valencia that works in the fields of architecture, urban planning, interior design and graphic design. Their offices are in an exceptional location, an alquería in the Horta of Valencia.
The studio’s team is made up of creative, skilled professionals, with a unique approach to architecture and its development. The studio initially focused its work on renovating commercial premises, and gradually expanded their field of expertise to renovations of entire buildings, auditoriums and homes, and unique structural works.
Másquetres Arquitectos furthermore has extensive experience in retail, acting as project manager for some of its clients, working from the start on preparing feasibility reports for new openings, drawing up the plans for building permits and business licenses as well as obtaining permits. The studio currently holds the Certified Passive House Designer qualification in creating buildings with low or even zero consumption.
