GARCIAARQUITECTURA is available for new projects

Sergio García leads the architectural studio GARCÍA ARQUITECTURA, located in Madrid. The architect earned his degree from ETSAM, an excellent school of architecture in Madrid.

Before founding his own studio, Sergio García worked with top architects on over 500 housing projects. This extensive experience, along with the technical skill he acquired over time, led him to undertake a new adventure developing GARCÍA ARQUITECTURA. The architect collaborates with a multidisciplinary network of partners that notably includes quantity surveyor Jose Manuel Ballesteros, COAATM member n° 12.707, as well as engineers, surveyors, topography specialists and geotechnicians, among others.

The architecture studio handles the renovation, extension and construction of single-family homes, as well as planning and building permits. GARCÍA ARQUITECTURA takes care of the necessary documentation involved in its clients’ projects, always in compliance with local planning and legislative requirements.

GARCÍA ARQUITECTURA monitors the work step by step to ensure that each phase is carried out as agreed upon with their client. The studio offers a personalised service as well as carefully drawn up plans, in line with the client’s expectations and the specific features of the space. In addition, the studio’s team of professionals work with the best construction companies to guarantee that the final result is of the highest quality.

Their main objective is to ensure comfort, efficiency, functionality and optimisation in each project they design, to make sure that the client’s well-being is never overlooked.
