The Madrid-based architecture practice Perelétegui+Valera Arquitectos is led by architects José Antonio Perelétegui and Ana Valera. Maintaining a personal, detail-oriented approach, the highly professional team takes care in developing each project with a particular focus on environmental impact and efficiency.

Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera is the lead architect and founder of PERSPECTA, a company specialising in the architecture and construction sector located in Las Rozas de Madrid. After several years working on and directing large-scale projects with his architecture studio +V estudio, Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera decided to go one step further and transfer all the experience he has accumulated in his profession to his clients. Looking to work directly with the client, his main objective is to increase the number of services offered in this sector, offering the client a 360º experience.

Pablo Álvarez de Lara leads the experienced architecture studio P.Alps Estudio, based in Madrid. The studio's team currently includes 7 architects whose specialisations range from design and management to interior design and hand drawing, each member contributing complementary talents in their specific area.

Inmaculada García Gómez is part of the multidisciplinary team at Proyform Global, a firm specialising in several fields including architecture, engineering and geographic information systems (GIS). Albert Prior is the head of PRIOR Arquitectura, an architecture studio based in the town of Nules in the Spanish province of Castellón.
