Esmeralda Fernández Barrajón heads idARQhome, a family-run architecture studio located in Villaviciosa de Odón and specialising in single-family homes for private individuals and small developers.

Carlos Madrid Seifert is the director of CARMADSE 33, an experienced architecture practice based in Madrid that also includes architects Francisco Català, Carmen Callizo and Valentín Losmozos. The Madrid-based architecture practice Perelétegui+Valera Arquitectos is led by architects José Antonio Perelétegui and Ana Valera.
