Demetrio Espallardo Marín is the head of Nautilus Arq., an experienced architecture studio based in Torrevieja, in the province of Alicante. After working with several major studios, and with over 20 years of experience, the architect set up his own practice in 2013.

Sergio Babiloni Marqués is the director of Babiloni Arquitectura, an architecture practice located in Castellón, Spain. Thanks to its solid experience, the studio provides a high quality service to its clients, no matter the type of project.
