Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera is the lead architect and founder of PERSPECTA, a company specialising in the architecture and construction sector located in Las Rozas de Madrid. After several years working on and directing large-scale projects with his architecture studio +V estudio, Miguel Ángel Sanz Vera decided to go one step further and transfer all the experience he has accumulated in his profession to his clients. Looking to work directly with the client, his main objective is to increase the number of services offered in this sector, offering the client a 360º experience.

Antonio Bonet Tormo has led the Madrid-based architecture studio MARTÍNEZ & BONET, ARQUITECTOS in partnership with architect Juan Antonio Martínez Marín for over 30 years. 

Alfonso Toribio Calero is the head of ATC arquitectura, a longstanding architecture studio based in Madrid, Spain. This team of professionals possesses vast experience and expertise in the field of architecture. They believe that architecture cannot be dissociated from its designer, so they seek to create spaces that are tailored to their clients’ unique needs.
