Óscar Cholbi is the director of Delta TM, an architecture practice that stands out for the educational and cultural diversity of its partners, beginning with the Sorbonne, Paris in 1968 and ranging from the School of Architecture of the National University of San Juan in Argentina to the School of Architecture of Valencia. 

Architecture and landscape design studio Estudio VVV is made up of architects Ivo E. Vidal Climent, Ciro M. Vidal Climent and Vicente Manuel Vidal Vidal and technical agronomist Lucas Vicente Vidal Climent. Based in Alcoi, the family-run studio has over forty years of experience in the field of architecture and design. 

CANTÓ ARQUITECTOS is an architecture studio based in Alicante that specialises in the comprehensive management of building, renovation and interior design projects for all uses. The studio offers architectural quality and meticulous management, with professionalism, reliability and a strong commitment to their clients.

Angel Rodriguez de Santiago is a member of Workier, an architectural studio that works to reduce their environmental footprint. Their work is founded on concern for the economic, technical, aesthetic and bioclimatic aspects of their projects.

Arturo Baroja is an architect and member of 8ea, an architecture studio based in Bilbao with extensive experience in the field. The team is specialised in projects on a small or large scale in the residential and commercial sectors, hotel industry and projects such as collaborative housing for elderly persons. 

Based in Marbella, OBRASA primarily specialises in residential projects for custom-built villas, as well as houses and residential developments. The practice offers a full range of services including locating and managing plots, sites and villas to refurbish, as well as construction, redevelopment and design.

Mi Arquitecto is an architecture franchise located in Benicarló that offerrs its knowledge and talent to carry out sustainable building projects with respect for both their surrounding environments and the client’s well-being. The studio is also specialises in projects including modular buildings, restoration work, construction and project management for new builds, and renovating apartments. 

Basilio Iglesias runs the architectural firm BIA Arquitectos, located in El Puerto de Santa María, Spain. Thanks to his extensive experience in the sector, he has been able to pursue projects in different Spanish provinces such as Cádiz or Seville.

González Granger Arquitectos is a family-run architecture studio led by architect Ascensión Granger Amador along with her son Ricardo González Granger and husband Ricardo González López. The experienced, intergenerational practice was recently recognised with a Premio Málaga architecture award for a restoration project they carried out in the historic city centre of Málaga.
